Bio
Goalkeeper Franco Ravizzoli joined the Chairboys on a free transfer in September 2023, following his departure from Milton Keynes Dons that summer.
He started his career in his home country Argentina and headed to England in search of pursuing a career in professional football, inspired by the story of his compatriot Sergio Torres who became a cult hero at Adams Park after signing from Basingstoke Town in 2005.
Ravizzoli linked up with Torres at Eastbourne Borough in 2020 and moved to MK Dons a year later, featuring nine times in total and deputising for their first-choice keeper.
He made his debut in the EFL Trophy win over Crystal Palace Under-21s, keeping a clean sheet in a 1-0 triumph, and went on to secure his status as first-choice keeper for the final two months of the season with a succession of excellent displays.
